Reyna was born in Michoacán, Mexico, and moved to the United States at the age of five, growing up in Arizona. After gaining experience in customer service, caregiving, and sales, she faced a turning point in 2020 when the pandemic closed the store where she had worked for five years. That moment sparked the dream of building her own business.

With just $12, she purchased her first cleaning kit and landed her first client through a mobile home cleaning request. The first year was challenging, but persistence paid off. A referral from a realtor friend led to a major project involving cleaning, painting, and landscaping to prepare a home for sale. That success opened the door to more opportunities and set the foundation for a growing business.
